Scan a Pokemon card
Take a photo of one card, a whole binder page, or several cards on a table. We read each card's name, set and card number and show the printing with its TCGplayer market price for each finish. Add what you scanned to your collection to see its total value.
One card per photo, face up, filling the frame. Daylight or a bright room works best; tilt away from glare on holos.
Your photo is not stored. It is sent once to Cloudflare Workers AI to read the card, then discarded. We keep no copy and do not log it, and Cloudflare does not use it to train models. For a binder page, your phone cuts the photo into one image per pocket and sends only those. For several cards, a smaller copy of the whole photo is sent once to find the cards, then one image per card.
How it works
- Cards from Scarlet & Violet on print a set code and number at the bottom left (for example SVI EN 021/198). When we can read them, you get the exact printing.
- Older cards print a set symbol instead of a code. The number and set size (4/102, TG05/TG30) and the name usually still pin the printing. Check the set before you buy: other matches are one tap away.
- Holo, reverse holo and 1st Edition copies are finishes of the same printing, so we show a price for each finish. Pick the one that matches your card.
- English cards only for now. German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese cards share the English numbers, so they match the English printing; their prices can differ. Japanese cards are not in the catalog yet.
- Prices are TCGplayer market prices for each finish, shown with the date of the price data. They are not appraisals.
